all the appointments over the weekend are all stuffed into one day..

喺下面照上去先至見倒個joint.. (patella喺上面..)照wrist/手要用3個positions..
A: Posterior to Anterior
B: Oblique
C: Lateral..
last term hpe都有用!
shoulder..
要include埋scapula同clavicle..
position要show倒joints中間既gaps..
有一個joint都要superimposed..
講真啦.. 好複雜架..
